- Take antiplatelet tablets exactly as advised and never stop them without asking your cardiologist
- Continue cholesterol, blood pressure and diabetes medicines
Lifestyle
- Walk daily and increase slowly
- Eat low-salt, low-fat meals
- Stay tobacco-free and manage stress
Follow-up
- Visit your cardiologist as scheduled
- Attend cardiac rehabilitation if advised
- Seek urgent help if chest pain or breathlessness returns
